I’ll be listing down below the 10 ways in which I believe Kanye and Trump might ideally be the same person or at similar given that whole in the craziness factor. Says outrageous things

1.They say the most outrageous of things and yet the backlash against them is gone almost instantaneously.

Trump:

I mean do I really need to go through all the political WRONG things Trump has said so far, but nevertheless I will mention the one that really got to me. When he stated that all Mexicans were rapists and building a wall between Mexico and the USA will “keep them away” from our daughters. I mean who says that right?

Kanye:

Kanye’s famous slavery being a choice for black people was up top with being one of THE most ridiculous arguments I’ve heard in the history of humanity. How can someone who has been faced with such adversity say that with a straight face is BEYOND my understanding? But does his craziness stop there? The answer is No.

 2. I’ve never heard a celebrity being so overtly obsessed with wife (In Kanye’s situation) and daughter (Trump – y’all guessed it) as much as these two individuals.

Kanye:

Kanye’s obsession with Kim Kardashian went to an all-time high when he shows his love for his wife in his music videos and in countless radio and or tv shows. He not only wrote songs about her but created a whole line of clothing based on her style. But let’s be honest at least his muse happens to be his wife and not his daughter (Unlike someone else we know).

Trump:

We have all seen the unhealthy obsession that Trump has for Ivanka Trump. I mean the man went on to say he would date her had she not been his daughter (I think I just vomited a little). Need I really say more?

3. They have an immense following and they are just as crazy as them.

Trump:

Trump Support are on another level. I have never understood how people can go their whole life being completely oblivious to all the things that are going around them. How about you educate yourself first and then make an opinion on a topic. Let’s not discriminate based on people’s ethnicity, gender, religion and etc.

Kanye:

No matter what Kanye says he is still hailed as a great rapper and artist. His popularity and or credibility did not diminish regardless of the predicaments that he has placed himself in. Can you believe it? People still worship him.

4. They probably believe slavery isn’t a real thing.

Kanye:

Well, we know Kanye did. Until he decided to backtrack on his infamous rant on TMZ.

Trump:

Well, Trump will say anything he wants, because to him if a black person said it once it probably is true (ok, maybe not. But he for sure thinks that)

5. They are both Great businessmen

Kanye:

He made us want to buy Yeezys and I swear I’ve never seen an uglier pair of shoes in my entire life and yet even I wanted to buy one. He made wearing ripped and dull color threads look like high fashion. He capitalized on the market and we are all his victim.

Trump:

He was able to con US citizens into electing him as POTUS, need I say more. If that was not the best business tactic, I don’t know what is.

6. Reality TV is their niche

Trump:

He made his name on TV. He created a brand on the Apprentice. Had it not been for that, do you really think he would start off with the intense exposure at the beginning of the election process in 2016.

Kanye:

The VMAs incident really did Kanye wrong. But it created a need for us to see him on TV more and more. The rise of TMZ made that possible for us to see Kanye daily doing the most Kanye things and we can see more of him on the KUWTK each week too thanks to him getting hitched with Kim Kardashian.

7. They have had the craziest feuds

Kanye:

TAYLOR SWIFT and we all know why, but I will reiterate; the VMA incident with the grabbing of the mike and the whole “Famous” song-video misunderstanding.

Trump:

Who hasn’t Trump feuded with? He has a long-standing feud with SNL, more specifically Alec Baldwin, because of the skits (they are pretty accurate). To name other individuals; Hilary Clinton, Rosie O’Donnell, Bernie Sanders, Democrats and basically all sane people.

8. They are just really awkward as humans

Trump:

The photo ops in the Oval Office with the leaders of the other nations. Let’s talk about the handshake with the Japanese Prime Minister and his interaction with every SINGLE WOMAN.

Kanye:

I have never seen him go through an interview without showing a weird facial expression and or saying something outrages (Eg. The Vogue 73 questions with Kim Kardashian- those videos are odd, but he was on another level.)

9. They have been the butt of every joke in almost every situation – They have reached meme status.

Kanye:

His famous “imma let you finish..” put his name on the mark. His facial expressions are on another level which makes for his popularity to rise at an all-time high.

Trump:

He really needs to do more research every time he goes up on the podium to give his speech. If we dissect all the things that he has said so far 99.99% are FALSE. Which is why it makes for such great skit materials and tends to be meme worthy.

10. The last thing that I want us to think about is that is there a possibility that they are fooling us to hate/like them by saying things that will trigger emotions and keep them in the public eye longer. Are they actual geniuses?

Trump:

Let’s think about this. Had Trump not said the ridiculously racist-sexiest things would he really be one of the most talked about POTUS’s. His overt racism brought the people who had never felt that they were represented go out and vote (they voted for an ill-equipped person – but they did vote). He always says one outrageous thing after the other just to be on the current events page. If we stop talking about what he tweeted today, maybe he will disappear (fingers crossed).

Kanye:

This is a theory, but I think that Kanye is a mastermind. He interrupted Taylor at the VMAs not to make her “famous” but to make him the most talked about celebrity. I mean we are still talking about it. His thoughts on Slavery being a choice was another one that kept us talking about it. He does the most insane things because it will make us talk about him and or a cause. From him wearing the MAGA hat to him publicly supporting Trump, the man created discourse for things he wanted to bring attention to. Don’t know it if worked but we sure are talking about him, aren’t we?

Well, these were the 10 things that make me think that Kanye and trump might be more similar than we think. But I’ll leave you all to be the judge of that.
