Elia Griffin is 20 years old from Takoma Park, Maryland. She studies Journalism + Design and Interdisciplinary Science at The New School in New York City and will be a junior this Fall. She is interested in writing about the ties between social justice and science, climate change, and telling stories about people who are normally unheard. Fun fact: she is adopted from Colombia and for the past 2 months she has been raising six puppies!
